Terms of Use

Effective 20 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Nixring: Spam Call Blocker ("Nixring", "the app"), provided by Levin Schwab. By downloading or using Nixring you agree to these terms.

1. Standard license (Apple EULA)

Nixring is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), unless a custom agreement is provided. You can read the Standard EULA here:

2. Subscription & auto-renewal

Nixring offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features. The following disclosures apply:

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Nixring only for its intended purpose of filtering unwanted calls and texts on your own device, and not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.

4. No warranty

Nixring blocks numbers on a known-spam blocklist and is provided "as is". Because spammers constantly change numbers, we cannot guarantee that every unwanted call or text will be blocked, or that legitimate communications will never be affected. Nixring is a filtering aid, not a guarantee.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levin Schwab is not liable for any missed calls or messages, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
